Unit #5 - This adorable cottage has 440 sq. ft. of comfort and charm and provides a secluded haven of hospitality. It has central air conditioning and is tiled throughout. The living room has a sleeper sofa, remote flat screen TV and DVD player, dining room for 4, fully equipped kitchen that includes coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/stove. The bedroom has a king size bed and remote TV.  The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a built in shower seat and grab bars. Relax with your morning cup of coffee on the private shady screened in patio. The owner provides beach chairs, a beach umbrella, small charcoal grill, and beach towels for your convenience.  Walk across the street to Sanibel’s sugary white beaches.
