This adorable vacation condo is decorated in soothing beiges with splashes of bright Florida tangerine and sunshine yellows, has all new furnishings and modern fixtures in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and remote TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, remote TV, and private bathroom. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer & dryer, iron & iron board, and beach towels are provided.

The living room has a sleeper sofa, large remote flat screen TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, and walks out to a private screened patio which overlooks the crystal bay waters where you can see pelicans and dolphin play. You can fish off the boardwalk or walk down to the fishing pier and you are only minutes away from the beaches of Sanibel. Please note: this is a 2nd floor walk-up residence (no elevator).
