This is a spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom 1st floor unit sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. It is a non-smoking unit decorated in bright island colors, white wicker furnishings, tile and beige carpeting throughout. The living room features a remote TV, DVD/VCR player, wet bar, and plenty of room to entertain. The owner has graciously provided a CD player and a library of CD's for you to enjoy. You will also have access to high speed internet service and fax machine.

The kitchen comes well equipped and has a stainless steel sink, white Formica cabinets and counter tops.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, two dressers, 19-inch remote TV and a breathtaking beach view. The master bathroom features a relaxing jet tub, separate shower, and two separate vanities.

The first guest bedroom has two twins and a 19-inch remote TV. The second guest bedroom also has two twin beds and a 19-inch remote TV. The guest bath is very spacious with a tub/shower combo.

You can sit on your lanai as you look over the swimming pool out to the Gulf of Mexico. The patio has a spiral staircase that takes you to the ground level and out to the pool/beach area. The owner provides a plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and cooler so you can enjoy your days at the beach!
