This is a premier 3rd floor Gulf view condominium decorated in soothing creams and greens, tiled floors, and crown molding throughout. The living room offers a sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV, VCR/DVD, stereo (which plays an MP3). The updated kitchen is fully equipped with white, raised panel cabinets, newer white appliances, granite counter tops, island, and solid surface counter tops. There are white wicker furnishings in the guest bedroom which has two twin beds and a flat screen TV/DVD.
