Enjoy this luxury 3rd floor gulf view corner unit. The extra corner windows allow more natural light in the kitchen and living room. The remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops, breakfast island, white raised cabinets, tray ceiling with recessed lighting, and new white appliances. The living room has all brand new furniture with warm sandy beige couches (one is a sleeper sofa) with splashes of cool ocean blues and fun beach accents. There is a remote TV DVD/VCR and stereo. The master bedroom has a king size bed, remote TV, private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and remote TV. All three TV's are on cable plus an Internet Ready Blu-ray DVD player with NetFlix Watch Instantly access in the living room. The owner also provides beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella for your convenience.
