Unit #D is very private 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ground level home only steps away from the community heated pool and with a lush tropical back yard which is nestled by a river oasis. A favorite nesting place for birds and a relaxing setting where you can enjoy all of nature's very best! This home's cozy layout is inviting for one and roomy enough for eight.

This 1890 sq. foot home has all new bathrooms, furniture, and decor. The large open fully equipped kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and center island. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD and CD player and French doors lead to an extra-large private screened verandah overlooking the river where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Bedroom #1 has a king bed, his and her closets, French doors leading out to the back verandah. Bedroom #2 has twin beds, flat screen TV/DVD player. A spacious pass through bathroom is shared by these two bedrooms. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, remote TV and an in suite bathroom. There is a large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board included. The owner also provides WiFi, 2 hair dryers, beach chairs, beach towels, charcoal grill, and bicycles for your convenience. You may bring a pet for an additional fee.
