This split entry raised ranch has a unique floor plan that covers 1724 sq ft of living space. You enter the home ground level and walk up to the "main house." It is beautifully tiled throughout, has a gorgeous updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and modern furnishings. The living room has a 40-inch flat screen TV/VCR combo with surround sound stereo. The master bedroom has a king size bed, remote TV, a spacious master bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate garden tub. The second bedroom is used as a den and has a cozy sleeper sofa. There is also a full second bathroom across from the den.
Walk out to your large private screened deck and look down to the large pool & spa area. Follow this deck to the separate "guest quarters" which has a bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom with shower, kitchenette/living room area with sleeper sofa, TV/DVD/VCR.
