Location: This home is located at the east end of Sanibel (off of Periwinkle Way) at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac on a canal. This is the perfect home if you are planning a family reunion or like entertaining because it has plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind in.

You first walk in to the grand open living room/dining room/kitchen area with vaulted ceilings. This room is so large that it has two separate sitting areas and plenty of space for a pool table! All with wall-to-wall sliding glass doors that open to the screened pool area and gorgeous canal view. You can open these doors to let in the warm Florida breezes or it is a perfect setting to relax with your morning coffee while enjoying the blissful sails of boats passing along on the canal.

The large remodeled kitchen has solid surface counters, light wood raised cabinets, and newer appliances. The living room has a sleeper sofa, remote TV, DVD, CD player, stereo receiver.

Bedroom #1 - has a king size bed, small remote TV, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom # 2 - has a king size bed, a private sitting area with couch & chair, remote TV/VCR, a private bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 - has a queen size bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower that also exits out to the pool area.

Bedroom #4 - has two twin size beds.

Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

A private den is located between bedroom #1 and bedroom #2 and has a business desk available to set up your personal computer to the internet access. A half bathroom is located next to the den and can also be shared with bedroom #2.

There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer located off the two car garage. The owner also provides beach chairs for your enjoyment.
