54 residences make up this mid-size complex and you may choose from 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms floor plan with approximately 1566 total sq. ft. or 3 bedrooms/2 bathroom floor plans with approximately 1933 total sq. ft. All units have elevator access, under-building parking, and may comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 6 guests.
Interior amenities include spacious living and sleeping areas, fully equipped kitchens, full-size washers & dryers, complex wide wireless internet access, cable TV, and large screened lanais with views of the Gulf of Mexico.
